Meet Your Pollastrini & Bollman & Eye Doctors
Raised in Atkins, Iowa, Dr. Nate Woeste developed a well-rounded foundation through academics and sports. After graduating from Benton Community High School, he pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry at Wartburg College, where he played basketball for four years. Driven by his interest in healthcare, Dr. Woeste then obtained his Doctor of Optometry from The Ohio State University in 2022.
Off the clock, Dr. Woeste enjoys quality time with loved ones, hitting the golf course, and exploring the great outdoors. He and his wife are excited to establish roots in Waverly, becoming active members of the community while providing exceptional vision care.
A proud native of Iowa, Dr. Bridget Steere-Bollman discovered her passion for optometry at an early age. After excelling at Wartburg College, she continued her studies at the prestigious Illinois College of Optometry, honing her skills in comprehensive eye care.
Today, Dr. Bollman brings her expertise to our Waverly and Sumner offices, where she tackles everything from eye disease treatment and specialty contact lens fittings to pediatric care with unwavering dedication. Her warm personality and compassionate approach ensure every patient feels at ease under her care.
When not in the office, you'll find Dr. Bollman cherishing quality time with her husband and two children. But her commitment to the community doesn't end there – she also coaches the Waverly-Shell Rock Girls Rugby Club team, inspiring young athletes to reach their full potential.
